Technical Information

Silicone Plugs for high temperatures designed to protect threaded parts during powder coating and e-coating.

The slightly tapered cross section makes our silicone plugs easy to fit and remove. They ensure air-tight sealing of holes and threaded parts during production cycles at very high temperatures.

These plugs allows one size to fit multiple ports and diameters. Plugs will resist operating temperatures up to 320°C without deforming or loosing their specs making them reusable for many production cycles.

Please choose a size with the Minor Diametre (B) slightly smaller than your hole size. The plug should insert until about half lenght.
For example if you need to seal a 20mm hole than choose our PN PSTP-0110-1000.
